The agile methodology is adaptable to a variety of tactical frameworks, including sprint, safe, and scrum. 

Training all team members to have a wide range of skills that are comparable to one another is a big part of agile development. Agile's core is a small team. 

The team can move more quickly the smaller it is and the fewer people on it. 

Sprints are the units of management for agile development. For each sprint, this time is significantly less than a month.
